Yritys alkaa tehdä rahaa tavoite on merkityksetön.Yrityksen on todennäköisempää, voit tehdä mitä rahaa on hyvä tehdä itse: Playing kuollut.

Jolle Me puhumme?

Joitakin maailman on tunnettu rikkaimmista ihmiset ymmärtää tämän periaatteen hyvin.Andrew Carnegie antoi kymmeniä miljoonia rahaa, lahjoja ja palvelujen aikana hänen elinaikanaan. John D. Rockefeller oli alkupuolella hänen elämänsä gifting enintään puolet hänen paycheck samalla alle viiden dollarin arvoiset viikossa. Asenne kasvu oli tukevasti asetettu heidän mielensä. Mitä enemmän annat, sitä enemmän saat.

2. Käytännössä vain asenne

Mikä on todella käynnissä olevaan kun joku kiittää? Mikä on ilmaista asenne?Se on asenne vastaanottaminen kiitollisia. Saaneen. Kyseisen sanan on mukava sävy, eivät luulet?

3. Luominen asenne päivittäisiä onnistui

Kun aamu Herätkää, päättää vähintään yksi asia voit tehdä kyseisenä liiketoiminnan pyrkimyksiin edistää. Kirjoita se muistiin ja vakuuttaa pois ääneen.

Seuraavaksi annettava mahdollisuus luoda onnistuneen päivässä kiitos. Tärkeintä on menossa virtauksen.

4. Odottaa Odottamaton

Sen sijaan on Microsoftiin asia.Tee enintään mielesi on jo omasi.Uskoa, se ei niin, koska se on niin.Sinulla on asenne kasvu.Ei muita tulokseen.

Teleworking: the development of the Guide-safe job hunting

Translate Request has too much data
Parameter name: request
Translate Request has too much data
Parameter name: request
If you are a newcomer in the hunt for a telecommuting position this information will help you avoid the "not so promising" jobs and the outright scams.

Once you spend some time browsing for home-based job openings you soon discover there are gobs and gobs of "jobs" that are... well, not really jobs.

In fact, work-from-home scams are so prevalent that many people simply give up searching.

There are real jobs out there for telecommuters, but the playing field is large and the sharks are plentiful. So if you want to get that job you must be determined and knowledgeable.

Examine Your Telecommuting Options

You should be clear about what you want before you begin searching for work. Are you looking for a job as an employee, a freelance contract job, or would you like a start-up business? Are you looking to be your own boss and invest in an opportunity, or do you need the predictability offered by an employer? Recognize what you want as a home-based worker and you are better able to spot what is worth checking into and what you should avoid.

Look at the list below for descriptions of the various ways people work from home. With this information you can cut through the "job search clutter" and focus on job options better suited for you.

1) Transitioned Jobs

The vast percentage of today's home-based employees, or "virtual" workers, transitioned into the home from the job they formerly performed solely in the office. Many split time between working in the office and working at home. If you are currently employed and feel your job can be done at least partly from home, you may want to consider presenting the idea to your boss.

2) "Off-Site" Teleworker Jobs

Many companies have employees of the "off-site" designation. These are teleworkers who may or may not work in a home office. For instance, their work may involve some combination of traveling in the performance of their duties, working in the office, and working at home. You'll find that job postings requiring travel, in fields such as engineering or sales, are often telecommuter friendly.

3) Telecommute-Option Jobs

While more and more companies are adopting telecommuter friendly policies, the majority of telecommuters still spend some time in the workplace. You see this in job postings with a "telecommute option." The option is viewed as a benefit of the job and usually is not an invitation to work from home every day of the week. So if you're not against having a traditional job, with the idea of working into a telecommuting arrangement, then your job possibilities greatly expand.

4) Telecommute-Only Jobs

Companies that hire employees to work exclusively from home are harder to find. Not all jobs are suited for this arrangement and many employers are simply not comfortable throwing untested employees into a full telecommuting position. You need to be cautious if looking for this type of employment. Scams artists love to prey upon telecommute-only job seekers.

5) Contract Work

According to a survey by the Dieringer Research Group, more than half of all people who work from home at least one day per month are self-employed. Contract providers, also known as freelancers, fall into this self-employed group. They work independently and are paid upon completion of a specified service.

Freelance contracting can provide an exclusively home-based work environment which many people prefer. You have a greater degree of flexibility in terms of where, when, and how you work. However, because freelancers are not employees you don't get some of the benefits a job might offer, such as group health insurance and tax payments to the IRS on your behalf.

It's worth noting that many companies are recognizing the benefits of "homeshoring" rather than "offshoring" their outsourced work. This is especially evident in the teleservices industry, with contractors stepping in to fill jobs formerly performed overseas. Home-based contractors are utilized by companies such as Willow, Alpine, LiveOps, and West At Home with great success.

If you can get by without traditional job benefits you may want to follow the lead of other successful contractors and consider a freelance lifestyle.

Beware Of Opportunities Pretending To Be Jobs

Watch out for people who are looking to make a buck with cleverly worded "job postings" that are nothing more than advertisements for an illegitimate opportunity. Opportunity postings are hotbeds for scams.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with legitimate opportunities - of which there are many. However, opportunities are not jobs, and scams are often advertised in ways that mislead you into believing they are jobs.

How can you tell the difference between an opportunity and a job?

A job pays you. Simple as that. If you are asked to send money, no matter how legitimate the reason may appear, then it's not a job. A company seeking employees or contract providers will screen your qualifications through a resume, interview, or portfolio - while an opportunity promotor doesn't necessarily care who you are or what you know.

Is That Opportunity Legitimate?

When searching for jobs, you'll often run into ads enticing you to "work from home with your own business." These may be businesses involved in direct sales, with tangible products such as jewelry, candles, and such. Many of these are legitimate opportunities.

Other opportunities of the "easy work" type are the bad eggs. No doubt you've likely seen the ads promising huge bucks in such things as stuffing or assembly work and financial investing. These represent a huge risk if you're not savvy to the ways of the scam artist.

In the end, a legitimate opportunity is more aptly described as a business start-up venture, requiring research, planning, and an investment on your part. As such, legitimate opportunities don't try to tell you otherwise. Legitimate opportunities don't attempt to mislead you into acting quickly with promises of high pay for easy work.

If you have limited computer expertise, lack marketing knowledge and a marketing budget, or simply don't have the background or experience with opportunity solicitors to discern what's real and what isn't, you shouldn't hastily jump into foreign territory. It takes time, patience, and perseverance to develop a sound business.

The point is to be clear about what you want before you begin searching for work. Are you looking for a job as an employee, a freelance contract job, or would you like a start-up business? Are you willing to chase down and research an opportunity or do you want something less risky and not so time-consuming? Recognize what you want as a home-based worker, and you'll be better able to spot what is worth checking into and what you should avoid.

Scam Artists Target Unskilled Workers

If you have expertise in a field you have more job options. With specialized knowledge you face less competition and command greater earning power. Without specialized knowledge you encounter more competition, less earning power, and more scams. Specialized skills enable you to earn a living wage, while low-skilled work is best at providing extra income.

There are thousands of job seekers looking for those elusive low-skilled, high-paying jobs. The truth is, to be paid well you must bring some skills to the table. But that doesn't stop people from looking for easy work and high pay. Scams fill the void by offering false promises to unskilled workers looking for a pot of gold.

Those companies who do have openings for low-skilled work rarely post those jobs, primarily because the applicant pool is so large. A company can post an opening on a job board just once and will literally be swamped with applications in a matter of hours - applicants to last for years.

What's the trick to finding those low-skilled jobs?

Bypass the job listing boards. Ignore the ads floating around the Internet and you can avoid the scams. Instead, locate and directly contact companies who hire low-skilled workers.

With a little patience and some online research it's possible to track down the websites of companies hiring low-skilled workers. The most productive method of doing this is to network with other job seekers. You will find many seasoned job seekers hanging out at discussion forums on popular home business websites. Use your favorite search engine to locate these sites. Get involved in the boards, ask questions, and follow leads.

10 Tips For Safe Job Hunting

Let's boil this down to the nitty-gritty. Pay attention to these points in your search for home-based employment: A job never asks for money. You are the receiver. A job pays you if training is required. Know what you want before looking for it. Research the type of job you want and the skills and equipment needed to do that job. Know the difference between a job and an opportunity. Beware of those using the J-O-B word where none exists. A job will want to know more about you either through an interview and/or resume. An opportunity doesn't necessarily care who you are or what you know. There is no such thing as easy work and high pay - unless you are Paris Hilton. But then you wouldn't be searching the job boards would you? Jobs smell like roses when you have job skills. Consider technical, vocational, or college training in your chosen field to improve your chances of getting the job you desire. Be patient, not desperate. Desperation leads to desperate acts. Desperate acts drain the pocketbook. It takes longer to find telecommuting positions than it does finding traditional employment. If you need money now you may be better off finding conventional work while planning for a telecommuting future. No matter what your skill level, be persistent while keeping your guard up. Start with what you know and move forward cautiously. The prize goes to those who step into the challenge with guarded persistence. Network. Get out there and mix it up. Chat with like minded folk, email experts, hit the forums, post questions, get advice from others, strike up conversations. Approach your search for work from a position of knowledge.

With this information you can now go forth and job hunt with confidence. Be positive and assured in your ability to locate the right job for you - without fear of being the victim of unscrupulous job posters.

by Mark Daoust

How do you hide a tree? Put it in a forest.

This is what many authors have effectively done when they suggest that you should use articles to promote your website. The technique that these authors suggest can be summarized as follows: write something you know about, add your resource box, submit your article to tens of thousands of free reprint directories and distribution groups, and wait for publishers to pick up your article.
But this is entirely the wrong method.

If you were to follow the advice of these authors you may see some traffic, receive a few inbound links, and gain some publicity for your website, but how does this make writing articles different from any other basic promotion technique? Rather than writing an article to bring in this traffic, why not just participate in forums, submit to niche directories, or pay for quality traffic? Articles can do so much more.

Why The Current Thought is Bad

Ask yourself this question: what are publishers looking for? If you said content, you are wrong. Publishers (or at least publications worth reading) are not looking for just content – they are looking for original content. They do not want an article that is going to show up on 500 other websites, including free reprint directories. They want an article that people will link to, that only they offer. It is their unique content that will allow them to separate themselves from their competition.

But don't publishers use free reprint articles? Some do, many do not. Those that do tend to be extremely selective with free reprint articles, often using them more as filler content rather than featured material which is aimed at getting high readership. The fact is, most worthwhile publications that use free reprint articles are either moving away from these articles, or have eliminated them altogether.

So what does that mean for that article you wrote and submitted to 50,000 publishers (as promised by the article submission tool that you used)? It means that it did just that – it was submitted to 50,000 publishers. You do not know who it was submitted to, whether they are a respected website, whether they actually have any reasonable amount of traffic, or even if they will publish your article without your permission. You have no control over what happens to your article.

An Example of What Can Happen

What is so unfortunate about what article promotion has been reduced to is that many website owners do not realize just how much traffic they could receive from just one article. A single, well-written, well-thought out article, has the ability to drive literally hundreds of thousands of visitors within a very short amount of time.

The Surprising Truth About Ugly Websites, an article recently published on Site-Reference.com, single-handedly brought in over 200,000 unique visitors – in less than 24 hours. Initially it was featured on Slashdot, and subsequently it was featured in hundreds of blogs and forums, and thousands of new websites added a link to the article.

Well-written articles that are properly promoted have the ability to bring fresh traffic, many times in astounding numbers.

Writing Articles That Actually Succeed

The idea of submitting an article to as many publishers as possible is obviously contrary to what a publisher is looking for. At the same time, though, it is also contrary to what you should be looking for. The secret to writing successful articles starts with a simple concept: you want to control who publishes your article, and you want to help promote that article. If an editor chooses to publish an article and sees that it was well-received (and brought in a lot of new traffic), they will be more inclined to publish future articles from you.

So instead of signing up for the latest article distribution program that promises to blast your article to a gazillion publishers that you may not even want publishing your article, choose one or two initial publications that you would like to be featured in, then work on developing a relationship with them.

Starting that relationship can often be the most difficult part. Often times, though, simply sending an email to the editor informing them that you would like to write an article exclusively for them on “___fill in the blank___” subject is enough to get their attention. If you happen to send them an email, they may give you some guidelines on what they look for in an article. Or, they may tell you that they simply would not be interested in an article on that particular topic (if that were to happen, you could ask what they would be interested in).

Spend time writing your article – do not expect to finish it in one day, and certainly do not expect to finish it in a few hours. A quality article takes time to write, takes thought to organize, and may require research on your part as well. Remember that publishers are looking for unique, well-written, well thought out, and insightful articles. Ultimately, publishers are looking for the same content that their readers are looking for – your job is to simply create that content.

Promote Your Articles

Articles that are published on well-respected websites tend to be viral in nature. Once you get your article published (and you may be surprised at how easy it is to get your article published), you will find that your article will show up in various forums, blogs, and other websites. This is good – in fact, this is very good and is the very goal that you should be aiming for. You want to encourage this viral behavior, help it grow, and even give it a shot in the arm when necessary.

To find whether your article is being discussed elsewhere on the web, you can do a search in Google for your article title in quotes (as shown below):

http://www.site-reference.com/article_images/search_title.jpg

If you see that your article is being discussed in forums, join the forum and join the discussion. Having your input will encourage more conversation, which will in turn encourage more people to participate in the conversation. Take advantage of the buzz and use it to create more buzz. For example, if you find that a blog owner read your article, disagreed with it, and took the time to create a post disagreeing with your article, send them an email asking if you can respond through their blog.

Find websites that feature important stories. The technology field has websites such as Slashdot and Digg – find out if your industry has any equivalent websites that feature important or interesting stories and submit the location of the published article to them.

Ultimately, you should promote your articles as if they were your actual website. Not only will this draw attention to the article (which is a showcase of your website's credibility), but it will also demonstrate to the editor that your articles are worth publishing and make it easier for you to be published in the future.

Ultimately It Is An Ad

An article is ultimately an advertisement for your business, even though you may not mention your business anywhere in your article (actually, as a general rule you should not). The article demonstrates your knowledge, draws attention to your business, and creates valuable exposure to your website.

A properly written, distributed, and promoted article can be far more effective than any other form of marketing, and far more cost effective.

The fear of not earning enough money keeps many people from starting their own office cleaning business. Another common fear is that unless they work for someone else, they will have no real security.

But natural entrepreneurs know that money flows when they, not anyone else, are in charge of their own destinies. My partner Ev and I discovered that we actually earned more money and gained genuine security when we started an office cleaning business.

Instead of giving in to fear, we got motivated and put our efforts into

designing our lives the way we wanted. Instead of allowing somebody else's dream guide us in a so-called "secure" professional direction, we let our own dreams guide us. We started to make some key business decisions that made sense for our lives. Now we earn great money and we're achieving real security, all because we started a cleaning business of our own.

We started our office cleaning business over nine years ago. Although our schedules are now full of other more creative commitments, we continue to clean offices because the flexible schedule gives us the free time we need to pursue our personal goals, and we like getting paid real well, real often, for real easy work.

When I first joined Ev as he started an office cleaning business I had no idea what I was getting into. I loved the idea of being my own boss, but cleaning had always seemed like drudgery. Ev guaranteed that cleaning would give me time to spend the way I wanted. Since I was ready to take charge of my life, I decided to try it.

Cleaning Business Estimation Bid Sheet

? Word format (for PC's with Microsoft Word)

I discovered that cleaning is not drudgery when you're getting paid well to do it. I also discovered that working in office environments is a pleasant way to make quick cash. We also clean houses where you have to deal with people. An office is more neutral territory. No one to have to talk to when you really just feel like focusing.

Best of all, I realized that through our diligence and excellent service, Ev and I have provided genuine job security for ourselves all along.

Why do we think starting an office cleaning business is a great idea? Here are 7 reasons why:

1. Unlimited income potential

You can grow your office cleaning business as big as you want. Many recent entrepreneurs have built up their office cleaning businesses up to 100k a year within one year. Try that with a JOB (just over broke). Cleaning franchises are booming nationwide, but franchises are a bad deal for the want-to-be professional cleaner. You go massively into debt before you even get started. Franchises are highly appropriate for oil lube shops and Internet cafes because those are expensive and complicated businesses, office cleaning is not.

2. Start bringing in money within two weeks

You can discover interested clients within days. You can be giving quotes within a week. You can have jobs by week two. You can have a full-force office cleaning business within a few months.

3. Start on a shoestring budget

You can start an office cleaning business for well under $100. This business is one of the best for inexpensive start-ups. Believe it or not you can even start without a vacuum or a car. We did!

4. Be your own boss

Absolutely my favorite reason for starting an office cleaning business. My inner compass just tells me that being my own boss is taking me in the right direction. I'm sure you can relate. Nothing quite compares to the pride and excitement of calling the shots and being in charge of your own destiny. What is stopping you? Sure, you'll make mistakes, we all make them. But no one is going to scold you and you'll learn from your mistakes. Besides, as another entrepreneur once said, we have the most sympathetic boss in the world - ourselves!

5. Set your own hours

We love this aspect of starting an office cleaning business even more than being our own boss. We take days off when we want and as often as we can get away with. Try that with a JOB (just over broke). We find that we each work smarter instead of harder because we're able to tap into our natural sense of responsibility. When you're empowered to take charge of your own schedule you take more pride in the work you do.

6. Get paid everyday

This is my second favorite benefit. It's really cool. Every day we get at least one check if not several. You won't stress out about paying your bills on time. No waiting two weeks or a month to get paid. This makes your personal accounting system less stressful and a whole lot more enjoyable and even downright fun.

7. Start additional cleaning services

You can add in any of a dozen additional cleaning services to maximize your profits. You can grow your office cleaning business and start running crews - that's when you start to make the real cash! Or add on related businesses. Carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, house cleaning and plantscaping are all natural outgrowths of starting a cleaning business. You can mix office cleaning with house cleaning, or window cleaning with office cleaning, or for variety and more money, do all three.

Starting an office cleaning business may not be glamorous, but because we did it, Ev and I have gained free time to do what we want to do, lowered our stress levels, become more productive and happier, and we make a good living. For people with a sense of independence and a creative spirit, starting an office cleaning business is a wonderful way to earn great money quickly and provide yourself with genuine security.

The teleworker for job Hunting Guide

Starting and running a new business can be frustrating. There are times when you wish round pegs would fit into square holes. And occasionally you wonder why round pegs don't fit into round holes. Things don't always go as planned.

More often than not the problem lies with neither the pegs nor the holes.
As my father used to say, "You're not holding your tongue right."

In other words, you need to look at things from a different angle - get the pegs straight up and down so they fall right into place.

Here are five key ingredients to building your business with a determined, purposeful, and successful attitude... an attitude of increase.

1. Release Your Old Attitudes About Money

Money, in and of itself, has no value. You can't float on it, you can't shower with it, you can't eat it, and you can't drive it. If you tell it to roll over, it just ignores you.

Starting a business with the goal of making money is meaningless. Your business is more likely to do what money is good at doing by itself: Playing dead.

Okay, this is obvious stuff, right? You already knew that. You want money to buy a boat that floats, a shower head that pulsates, and a fast car to get the really good Chinese food.

Unfortunately, wanting money for those reasons still isn't good enough.

We can agree that money is a tool by which you purchase or provide something of value, but now we need to go a step further. We need to get in sync with the golden calf of economics: Growth.

Growth comes from giving without receiving, and if you're selling, giving more use value than you receive in cash value. But, wait a minute? Whom are we talking about? Your growth or the other guy's?

Yours, of course. Well, both actually. You see, what this does is create in your mind an attitude of increase. Hoarding money or providing minimal use value creates a mindset of stagnation and decrease.

Some of the wealthiest people the world has known understood this principle well. Andrew Carnegie gave tens of millions in money, gifts, and services during his lifetime. Early in his life, John D. Rockefeller was gifting more than half his paycheck while making less than five dollars per week. An attitude of increase was firmly set in their minds. The more you give the more you get.

2. Practice an Attitude of Gratitude

What's really going on when you thank someone? What is the attitude you are expressing? It's an attitude of receiving with appreciation. Receiving. That word has a nice tone, don't you think?

Gratitude is the compliment of giving. Giving clears the path for growth, and gratitude brings the good stuff to you-- and keeps it coming. It's all part of the attitude of increase.

The great part about gratitude is you can even do it alone. Give yourself a pat on the back for everything that brought you to this exact moment. Heck, congratulate yourself on having the good fortune of finding this great lesson about being grateful. And in all modesty, might I add how grateful I am you're reading it!

Practice sincere gratitude several times throughout your day. In this way you are able to stay connected with an attitude of increase and recognize abundance as it comes your way.

3. Create An Attitude of Daily Success

When you awake each morning, decide on at least one thing you can do that day to further your business aspirations. Write it down and declare it out loud.

Next, give thanks for the opportunity to create a successful day. It's your first act of gratitude for the day and sets the tone for a winning attitude. And don't forget to implement your attitude of giving throughout the day. Give your customers an extra 10% discount, or if your business isn't off the ground yet, give the dog an extra doggy treat. The important thing is to keep the flow going.

Creating daily success takes practice and hard work. Start small to build up confidence with a series of quick successes, then keep raising the bar. But who's afraid of a little hard work? The rewards are fantastic. As the great 19th century orator Henry Ward Beecher once said, "It's easier to go down a hill than up it but the view is much better at the top."

4. Expect The Unexpected

Tell a friend about this article! What happens when you practice an attitude of increase? The unexpected happens. The clarity of purpose you defined at the beginning of the day is ever-present around you. The gratitude you express regularly along with the growth value bestowed upon others screams to the world, "Winner!"

Now you are free to notice, from among the thousands of pieces of information entering your brain each day, those things which encapsulate your purpose. Opportunities appear out of nowhere. Unexpectedly, it would seem. Expect it. You are plugged into an attitude of increase.

5. Winners Start Out With Winning Attitudes

Why do some people create lives of abundance and success, while others lament about the cruel hand life dealt them?

You are what you think. You can only achieve what you believe is achievable.

By accepting as fact a success that has yet to come, you allow your future self to effectively define your present self. Successful people are successful before they become successful. This happens instantly in the moment you define and announce your focused, unwavering intent. Success is automatic.

The world delivers to those who ask. And of those who ask, it is those who expect to be answered who will receive. Do not say you want the thing you desire, for your request is already answered. To want is not to have.

Do not say you will have what you desire, because that is the same as wanting.

Instead, have the thing you desire. Make up your mind it is already yours. Believe it is so because it is so. You have an attitude of increase. There is no other outcome.

All right, do you have your attitude on? Great! Here are some hexagon shaped pegs and some trapezoid shaped holes. Let's see your stuff!
